Personal Training

One-on-one Personal Training provides you with a workout tailored specifically to your current level and fitness goals.  Available in 45min or 60min sessions.  Most clients find 45min is enough to get a great efficient workout in.  I recommend the 60min option to those brand new to strength training (allowing more time for teaching) or those coming once/week and not doing any structured workouts on their own.  For women only.  Packages of 6+ available; long-term clients can pay monthly with the cost per session starting at $43.  

Partner Training

Partner Personal Training allows you to get that personized workout while sharing and fun and cost with a family member or friend.  Can be female/male partner.  Partner sessions are 55min long and come in packages of 6 or more; long-term clients can pay monthly with the cost per session starting at $62 ($31 per person). 

Personalized Home Program Design

For those wanting to workout at home or at a gym but need a plan.  I design a personalized 2-Day program with guidance on how to progress over 6-8 weeks.  This plan will be specified to your available equipment, fitness level, goals and desired length of workout.  This is FREE with every 10 personal training sessions purchased or can be done separately with 2-3 sessions (initial assessment and going through each workout day once in person)

Small Group Fitness

Ladies only small group fitness is a 55min full body strengthening workout that is different each week.  Mostly circuit style, each station has different options so you can work at the level that is right for you.  Classes are limited to 5 participants and run in 2 month long series. 

Prenatal Fitness

A small group fitness class specifically for those expecting.  Exercises are appropriate for all stages of pregnancy with many variations offered to accommodate everyone’s changing bodies.  Enjoy the benefits of keeping active throughout your pregnancy and prepare physically for the demands of labour and motherhood. 

Mom and Baby Fitness

A small group fitness class specifically for Moms with babies ages 6w-18mo.  Your little one can hang out with other babies while you work through a full body circuit.  Attend to your baby’s needs at any time. 

Private Small Group Fitness

If you have a group of 3-6 friends and/or family members wanting to workout together you can have you own private small group class.  Enquire about available time spots.  Minimum 4 week commitment, from $70/session.
